National Wonders can only be built once by each civilization. Their gold and production costs increase for every city you have in your empire, the listed numbers are for one city. Gold hurrying gives 50% of the production cost. Every National Wonder besides the Founder Belief Wonders requires an amount of national population that rises for every city in the empire.
